You must agree to these Terms and Conditions to purchase tickets. Ōtautahi Smoke may, without notice, invalidate any tickets that are believed to be in breach of these terms and conditions, and no refund, replacement or compensation will be offered.
Terms and conditions
If the event is postponed by Its Tuesday Limited due to a force majeure event, tickets will automatically be transferred to a new date to be communicated to you through Ticket Fairy via your nominated email address and social media.
If the event cannot take place, due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to, acts of God, fire, natural disaster, flood, council or government order, terrorism, war, global pandemic, COVID-19, or cancellation by the Venue then you will not be entitled to a refund. Your ticket will be valid at the postponed date or the following year.
By entering the premises, you grant Otautahi Smoke unrestricted rights to use images of you for promotional and marketing purposes, including our official website, social media channels, and promotional materials. Please don't worry, your privacy will be respected throughout this process. If you have any questions or concerns about this or any other condition, please don't hesitate to contact our event organizers. Your cooperation with these conditions is vital, and we appreciate your contribution to making the Otautahi Smoke Festival a memorable experience for everyone.
Your electronic ticket received from Ticket Fairy is your ticket to the event and must be presented with your photo ID, at the event entry to gain entry.
Your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband on entry to the festival site. This wristband cannot be removed and given to another person.
Ōtautahi Smoke is a strictly 18+ event. ID will be checked upon entry and must be held at all times during the festival. This is a licensed event.
The event organisers reserve the right to move the festival location/venue, and/or add, withdraw, or substitute artists, pitmasters or food vendors at any time without notice.
The right of admission is reserved by the event organisers for any reason deemed unsuitable by management including, but not limited to, intoxication, poor behaviour, unsuitable attire, gang paraphernalia, and not adhering to covid-safe regulations or directions from staff, security, or management.
Any tickets purchased in excess of the event ticket/transaction limit may be cancelled at the discretion of Ticket Fairy or the event organiser. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, however, you can on sell your tickets through Ticket Fairy’s approved platform.
Each ticket attracts a booking fee, which are inclusive of GST. All tickets and products listed on wwww.smokebbqfest.com and www.ticketfairy.com are priced in New Zealand dollars.
No refunds will be given for poor weather. The event will run even in the event of bad weather unless it is deemed the safety of patrons and artists are in danger.
No outside food or drink (including alcohol) is allowed inside the venue.
A list of general rules will be available to you before entering, including noise restrictions, emergency numbers further terms and conditions.
Ticket Fairy provides the ticketing service on behalf of the event promoter.
